Eric Becker is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in St Louis, Missouri. The Cuisine Diploma, a comprehensive and rigorous training program, is taught by leading Chefs from the culinary world. It provides a solid grounding in professional techniques and explains how to take classic dishes and give them an original and contemporary new style.
Previously Becker was employed as a line cook at Governors Run Golf and Country Club in Carlyle Illinois. Later he became the Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Golf and Country Club St. Louis, Missouri. He was also a partner at Eli’s, a restaurant and lounge in Carlyle, Illinois.
